Product introduction:

The PDA Occlusion Device is a percutaneous transcatheter permanent implant device, intended for closing patent ductus arteriosus. Each device is made from superelastic nitinol wire mesh with good shape memory characteristics shaped into mushroom umbrella.Aretention skirt on the aortic side provides secure positioning in the ampulla of the ductus.As the device is implanted,it expands outward and the wires push against the wall of the ductus.The PTFE membrance was sewn into device to support an effective closure of the ductus.
